Fastron can design screws specifically for our clients needs or we can quote any existing parts you currently use. We also offer to convert your current products over to Cold-Headed manufacturing for cost savings purposes.

Cold-Headed Manufacturing is a high speed production process which moves material instead of removing it to form the product. This process leads to virtually no waste, faster production time and by moving the material an improved grain flow is created which generates a stronger finished part. We have the ability to manufacture with a variety of materials including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, brass, silicon bronze, and aluminum.
